I am proud to announce that our company has reached an important milestone, thirty years of activity, solemnly celebrated together with our 300 employees, collaborators and professionals.
Where we have arrived is demonstrated by our continuous growth in terms of: human resources, strategic products and expansion of the markets reached and consolidated.
In addition to this, it is worth mentioning the “customer satisfaction” of our customers with whom we have had the privilege of working and building solid relationships, providing high-quality solutions.
At a time when the global economy is facing significant challenges, I am proud to be able to say that our company was able, during the 24th financial year, to overcome the crisis of the European market, identifiable for us in countries such as: Germany, Turkey and Eastern Europe.
Despite the various difficulties we have continued to work with commitment and dedication, focusing our attention on the quality and innovation of our products.

we are concluding a particularly complex, yet significant, year for our consolidated industrial reality, which this year reached the milestone of 30 years since its foundation. 2024 was a year that required commitment, resilience and a clear and innovative vision in the face of global balances and market uncertainty.
The 2024 Sustainability Report that we present to you today reflects not only the results achieved, but also the strategic orientation that we have chosen to undertake to address the evolutions of the geopolitical context, market dynamics and technological transformations that are shaping our sector like many others.
The international geopolitical situation has undergone continuous changes, resulting in growing pressure on the markets of raw materials such as bauxite and on global supply chains. These dynamics have represented a further test for our ability to adapt and resilience. However, we have faced these challenges with a proactive approach, adapting our business strategy to ensure operational continuity and long-term sustainability.
Our Group joins the Open-es online platform as a lead company in the extrusion and casthouse sectors. Thanks to the nationwide project, we have made a significant step in the path dedicated to the monitoring process of our value chain. This journey focuses on a key stakeholder: the suppliers. The aim consists of building growing synergies in the energy transition process. Joining the platform allows us to declare and update our ESG performance, outlining a development plan for environmental, social and governance efficiency. With the aim of creating virtuous collaborations along the entire supply chain, over 50 strategic suppliers have embraced this project to date.
In 2024 we start a new collaboration with 3Bee, a leading naturetech company in the development of technologies for monitoring, protecting and regenerating biodiversity.
Thanks to the adoption of a technological biomonitoring hive equipped with Hive-Tech, we are contributing to:
– Monitor environmental parameters useful for analyzing local biodiversity.
– Guarantee the well-being of approximately 300,000 bees, precious bioindicators of ecosystem health.

In 2023 the Group incorporated the competitor Global Plant Service S.r.l. of Nuvolera, specialising in the marketing, design and maintenance of industrial machinery and plants for metal processing and treatment. This strategy has made the company more competitive on the market and enabled the Group to pursue ambitious new projects.
In 2022-2023, the Group accelerated its environmental policies through a project that led to the adoption of 95% hybrid and electric cars in the corporate fleet. The project includes charging stations and aims to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. The Company Management promotes awareness on the responsible use of resources and expects an expansion of the hybrid-electric car fleet in 2024.
To strengthen the bonds between employees, promote fun, communication, trust and team spirit, and thus contribute to a more united working environment, several teambuilding activities, a biannual event with all employees, and leisure activities targeted at each individual department were implemented.
