I am proud to announce that our company has reached an important milestone, thirty years of activity, solemnly celebrated together with our 300 employees, collaborators and professionals.

Where we have arrived is demonstrated by our continuous growth in terms of: human resources, strategic products and expansion of the markets reached and consolidated.

In addition to this, it is worth mentioning the “customer satisfaction” of our customers with whom we have had the privilege of working and building solid relationships, providing high-quality solutions.

At a time when the global economy is facing significant challenges, I am proud to be able to say that our company was able, during the 24th financial year, to overcome the crisis of the European market, identifiable for us in countries such as: Germany, Turkey and Eastern Europe.

Despite the various difficulties we have continued to work with commitment and dedication, focusing our attention on the quality and innovation of our products.

Dear Stakeholders,

we are concluding a particularly complex, yet significant, year for our consolidated industrial reality, which this year reached the milestone of 30 years since its foundation. 2024 was a year that required commitment, resilience and a clear and innovative vision in the face of global balances and market uncertainty.

The 2024 Sustainability Report that we present to you today reflects not only the results achieved, but also the strategic orientation that we have chosen to undertake to address the evolutions of the geopolitical context, market dynamics and technological transformations that are shaping our sector like many others.

The international geopolitical situation has undergone continuous changes, resulting in growing pressure on the markets of raw materials such as bauxite and on global supply chains. These dynamics have represented a further test for our ability to adapt and resilience. However, we have faced these challenges with a proactive approach, adapting our business strategy to ensure operational continuity and long-term sustainability.

Olivami

Going on with our commitment to the protection of the environment
Among the initiatives launched at the end of 2025, we are proud to include a new environmental regeneration project in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Italy.
Thanks to our partnership with the Olivami association, we have started the adoption of a corporate olive garden in Salento. The aim is to support the restoration and enhancement of an area of great economic and cultural value, heavily affected by the Xylella bacterium. The “Olivami” project seeks to bring beauty and vitality back to the olive groves and to the local communities in Puglia who are dedicated to preserving and protecting this precious territory.

3Bee

In 2024 we start a new collaboration with 3Bee, a leading naturetech company in the development of technologies for monitoring, protecting and regenerating biodiversity.

Thanks to the adoption of a technological biomonitoring hive equipped with Hive-Tech, we are contributing to:
– Monitor environmental parameters useful for analyzing local biodiversity.
– Guarantee the well-being of approximately 300,000 bees, precious bioindicators of ecosystem health.

The struggle against gender violence

Social

Launched in 2024 and active throughout the 2024–2026 period, the project was carried out in collaboration with the White Mathilda Association and included internal training courses for employees on gender-based violence and gender stereotypes in the workplace.
In November 2024, on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the company donated a red bench to the Vimercate Civic Library. In November 2025, the initiative was renewed with the installation of a second red bench at the Castelbelforte (MN) site. The project also includes educational initiatives in lower secondary schools in the Vimercate area during the reference period.

“Adopt a School” Project

Social

The company took part in the “Adopt a School” project, promoted by Confimi Industria Monza Brianza in collaboration with Futurely, with the aim of supporting young people in their career orientation path.

The initiative offers students the opportunity to meet the industrial world closer, exploring corporate realities and deepening the skills required in the sector. Through this experience, participants can gain greater awareness of their aspirations and future job opportunities.

To strengthen the bonds between employees, promote fun, communication, trust and team spirit, and thus contribute to a more united working environment, several teambuilding activities, a biannual event with all employees, and leisure activities targeted at each individual department were implemented.
