In a rapidly evolving industrial environment, I am convinced that our future depends on combining technological innovation, production efficiency and a strong commitment to the environmental and social impact of our activities.
In recent years, I have focused our efforts on two key priorities. The first is our people. I believe that skills and expertise are essential to face technological and market challenges, which is why we have strengthened our commitment to training through the Academy Project. At the same time, we are fostering professional growth and a merit-based culture that recognises talent, responsibility and dedication.
The second priority is servitisation. We are evolving our business model towards integrated, customer-oriented solutions that support our customers throughout the entire life cycle of their machinery, from design and installation to maintenance and performance optimisation. This approach strengthens long-term relationships while improving efficiency and sustainability.
Looking ahead, I will continue to invest in R&D and human capital to develop increasingly sustainable, digital and value-oriented solutions. For me, sustainability is an ongoing journey, driven by commitment, measurement and innovation.

Going on with our commitment to the protection of the environment
Among the initiatives launched at the end of 2025, we are proud to include a new environmental regeneration project in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Italy.
Thanks to our partnership with the Olivami association, we have started the adoption of a corporate olive garden in Salento. The aim is to support the restoration and enhancement of an area of great economic and cultural value, heavily affected by the Xylella bacterium. The “Olivami” project seeks to bring beauty and vitality back to the olive groves and to the local communities in Puglia who are dedicated to preserving and protecting this precious territory.
In 2024 we start a new collaboration with 3Bee, a leading naturetech company in the development of technologies for monitoring, protecting and regenerating biodiversity.
Thanks to the adoption of a technological biomonitoring hive equipped with Hive-Tech, we are contributing to:
– Monitor environmental parameters useful for analyzing local biodiversity.
– Guarantee the well-being of approximately 300,000 bees, precious bioindicators of ecosystem health.
Our sustainability policies are outlined in dedicated publications that provide analyses, data, and in-depth insights into the ESG topics at the heart of our commitment. These are key resources that we aim to make available to all our stakeholders.
In 2023 the Group incorporated the competitor Global Plant Service S.r.l. of Nuvolera, specialising in the marketing, design and maintenance of industrial machinery and plants for metal processing and treatment. This strategy has made the company more competitive on the market and enabled the Group to pursue ambitious new projects.
For several years, Presezzi Extrusion S.p.A. has been alongside the AC Leon football club, which has 389 athletes, from the football school to Excellence Championship. The promotion of physical activity and togetherness through sport has always been at the heart of the Group’s commitment.
In January 2026, Presezzi Extrusion Spa supported the project “Sogno nel tempo”, promoted by the Pro Loco of Vimercate, which brought back to life the ancient paintings by Gaetano Barabini on the San Rocco Bridge through a virtual projection, enhancing an important local historical and cultural heritage.
